Vietnamese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector, need to
overcome technical barriers if they are to take full advantage of a
bilateral agreement and boost exports to Japan, experts say.
Vietnamese businesses are not fully aware of technical barriers to
trade, said Duong Dinh Giam, general director of the Industrial Policy
and Research Institute, at a seminar yesterday in HCM City.
